REFUND POLICY

For Nexway digital products, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee valid within 15 days from the date of purchase. Since these are digital products, no physical return is required. To request a refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number.

Refund requests can be submitted by email at info@nexway.shop. Requests made more than 15 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

Refund Process Once your request has been received and reviewed, refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Issues with Digital Products If you experience technical issues such as receiving the wrong file, a corrupted download or access difficulties, please contact us promptly. We will work with you to resolve it, which may include providing a replacement file or issuing a refund.

Note Digital products do not involve shipping costs, therefore no shipping-related refunds apply.
